Clara has seven years of experience working in the field of public policy analyses in the areas of education, inclusion and social policy both at national and European level for Danish consultancy companies. She has insights into systems of education and training in general including non-formal and informal learning, pre-school and school education, VET and adult education. Moveover, she is often working in the crossover between training and educational policies and social policy having focus on youth, social cohesion and inclusion of disadvantaged groups within society.
Holding a Master’s degree in sociology and public administration, she has strong analytical skills and competences within both quantitative and qualitative research methods. She has solid experience in carrying out data analysis as well as case studies including desk research, interviews and focus groups. Clara has contributed as a consultant on studies and evaluations of programmes and policies commissioned by Danish ministries, municipalities and government agencies as well as European clients including Eurofound, DG Education and Culture and DG Enterprise and Industry
