Andrew is a research professional specialising in the evaluation of the EU law and public policy and is a trained statistician.
His policy focus extends to business and regional growth, R&I and legislation for the internal market. He has worked with clients across Europe including the European Commission and national authorities.
Examples of his projects include a Mid Term Evaluation of the ESPON 2020 programme, an Impact Evaluation of the Advanced Manufacturing Supply Chain Initiative, a study examining Access to SME Finance in the Arctic Region, and an Evaluation of the Internal Market for Industrial Products.
He has expertise in quantitative methods including advanced survey methods, statistical modelling techniques, the Standard Cost Model and Cost Benefit Analysis.
He was previously an employee of Ecorys and the Centre for Strategy and Evaluation Services. He holds degrees in Social Statistics MSc, European Public Policy MA and Politics BA.
